Example: Everybody in my family is fat. Exept me. I don’t really exercise, nor do I try to diet or whatsoever. I like cookies and stuff. And I’m 66-67 kg with 193-195 cm heigh.

In the sisters case, they are possibly both potent to gain a lot of weight in very short time. Just one sister paid to not being obese with her willpower, and a lot of time and work. While the other didn’t paid this price, thus she pays by being obese.

It’s the fact (at least for me) that it’s not healthy. I understand that she may have some genetic factor, but there is a point where you also have to take responsibility for making it worse. When people are that large, it’s bad for their skeleton, organs, etc. Not to mention their emotional state because of people like this.
