I don’t have a source, it’s pure speculation on my part, but this looks an awful lot like hostage/prisoner abuse. Not funny. Just sayin’.
If anyone can track down the source of the photo, might shed some light on what’s really going on.

It’s from a website called the Trophy Room. Scambaiters get the scammers to take these ridiculous photos of themselves to prove that they are real before the scambaiter “sends” them their banking details.
