Sorry to burst your bubble but it takes more muscles to smile : /
your wrong.
No I am not
He’s right. Look it up.
probably still more than a trigger squeeze
Of course it’s more than a trigger squeeze.
Also, it only takes 4 muscles in your face to extend your arm and bi*ch slap someone.
Think about the principle behind it. Frowning has the help of gravity. Smiling goes against gravity. Case in point, smiling takes more that is why smiling for a long time can cause soreness. Have you ever been sore from frowning? Stiff maybe from not moving or laughing but you see my point. You don’t have to know anything about the body to figure that out.
you sound incredibly stupid. gravity has NOTHING to do with it. it takes more muscles to frown. that is a fact.
Notice we’re saying ‘more’ muscles, not bigger or harder-working muscles. Frowning needs more muscles because it is a more complicated movement than smiling. Also your tiredness argument proves the opposite of your point: if you get sore faster from smiling, it’s because the effort is spread to fewer muscles.
tl;dr
Dr. David Song, a plastic surgeon and Associate Professor at the University of Chicago Hospitals, who was interviewed for a Straight Dope article: Does it take fewer muscles to smile than it does to frown? Counting only the muscles that make significant contributions, he concludes that smiling takes one more muscle than frowning (12 vs. 11).
That’s an awesome addition to a fine weapon :-p Reminds me of the “Warning: Living dead” (with a scene of an axe and shotgun wielding hero killing zombies) sticker on my shotgun.
I’m sure it takes more than 3 muscles to pull a trigger.
43 to smile? BS, you only need one pair
Depends on the type of trigger and how you’re pulling the trigger.
Could take only one if you lined your hand up with the trigger and moved your hand back
That’d just be one muscle, in your arm
But that’s not a proper trigger squeeze
!
You don’t squeeze a trigger. You pull the trigger back, gently in this case. Squeezing the trigger will cause you to jerk the shot and then…
You have it backwards yo. Pulling is wrong, a gentle squeeze is how you keep from jerking…… Hehe, that sounds dirty.
Rule 34
It does only take 3 to actually pull the trigger. If you’re using more, you’re not as good as you think. And if you’re trying to count the muscles used to hold the rifle, that’s like count the leg muscles you’re using to stand up while your smile. Only 3!
Can men and woman use this product?
Wait…what??? No one referenced the W1200 from Modern Warfare 2?
You mean CoD4? And the W1200 is a shotgun, Not a sniper rifle. Full of fail today are we?
That’s not a sniper rifle it’s just an m14 with a scope. Some snipers prefer the m14 over regular snipers rifles.
Ps the w1200 was in mw2. In the museum
I think the whole point was the smiley sticker on the cover, which can also be found on the sniper rifles in MW2, not the actual weapon.
I can’t believe you are talking about MW2…..that’s a fail in and of itself. Just stop. save yourself to trouble.
Wrong. That weapon is a picatinny retrofit that was issued specifically as a mid range (sub 1000yd) sniper weapon. So much for firearms education via RPG.
Sniping is sniping, whether sending 7.62 downrange with an M14 or 50 Cal with a Barrett. The M14 is an accurate rifle for 1,000 yards or less.
The weapon you mean is the WA 2000 from Walther. I don’t really know why Infinity Ward was violiting this great weapon by putting it in MW2 …
this photo is really boaring !
this is boaring

happy sniper
he kills bin laden… happily
Aaand, always look on the bright side of DEATH,
Just before you draw your terminal breath.
BARRET .50 cal!
Its not a .50 Cal!!! its a m14. 7.62mm
I think what they may have been thinking of when they said three was not actually the number of muscles you use to pull the trigger, rather how many lbm trigger it is. Since most sniper rifles such as the M-14 seen above have three lbm trigger.
Hmmmm….. Daddy always said that it was better to take a shot then to show a frown… Maybe growin up in a hick town in Missouri did him some good.
The Comedian in bootcamp
162 people missed the thumbs up button.
You squeeze a trigger, this is the first rule when you being taught of how to use a weapon properly and not like you think. And tbh, it takes more then 3. F.ex. to fire a scoped weapon you need to hold your breath and then take a shot…
It actually takes the same amount of muscles to smile as it does frown. The “it takes more to frown” is just a saying to make little kids happy. So there ya have it.
Look it up if you don’t believe me.
It only takes three muscles to send a rag-head to get his virgins.
Fo-Shizzle!
