Yes definitely a real cop. However, in an earlier prank, all of his clothing got destroyed except his shirt and hat. Thus he is wearing a generally un-coplike outfit. Real cops have all sorts of stuff hanging off their uniforms, like radios, a pouch for that little pencil and little notebook they all carry, a pouch for extra ammunition, etc… It looks like real cops shop for belts at Alfred’s Batman Supply Co.
I’m not surprised that none of the students owned a pair of cop style pants, with the vertical stripe at the seams. But, with a name like “College Humor”, you’d think one of them could at least provide a set of handcuffs for the cop costume.
