The Giant panda (the one on the pic) is from the bear family, you’re talking about a red panda (you know, the one that’s NOT in this pic)….

Hey princess, The Giant Panda pictured, is part of the bear family, The Red Panda however is believed to be somewhat related to the raccoon (not a bear).
