Nothing better than synical, insulting signs to make people feel like idiots. I never understood why they always had to be so polite. This is more like it. If you have to be told not to shove your head into industrial equipment, you deserve to be berrated.
I’m considering ordering up a few of these to fit to every piece of electrical and mechanical equipment where I work. The instruction cards we leave with them do very little discernable good even though it usually comes down to “when you want to use it, press the big red switch down. When you are no longer using it, lift the switch back up again”.
Removing all instructions and making people actually put effort into being aware of their surroundings might have at least a 1% chance of being more effective
That same sign was on one of the automated lathes at a place I use to work, as dangerous as running that machine, and others like it could be, it was quite appropriate. A split second lapse in attention was all it took to lose a finger, or a hand, or more, and it never once said it was sorry after it bit someone who had forgotten to use their own brain either.

If you have to be told how to spell “cynical,” then you deserve to be berated.
The “DARWIN” theory in place? Hmmm… Gene pools with no life guards? I see a lot of that at work.
Time to follow the Weasleys’ advice: never trust anything that you can’t see where it keeps its brain.
The sad thing is that most people don’t carry their brains with them, if they eve have one.
No s**t, Sherlock..
