Actually metrosexual = sexy straight guy. Because nothing is a bigger turn off then boogers, greasy hair, and BO.
But a sharp dressed, well groomed man – HOT!
…except they still like themselves better than you or other guys. Good luck with them though.
A meterosexual is someone who puts on make-up before going out clubbing. A regular straight guy is someone who cares for their hygiene. A foul bachelor frog is someone who does not shower.
A metrosexual is any straight male who spends a great deal of time, and possibly money, caring for his appearance. Metrosexuality has nothing to do with the way someone acts. Just because most flamboyant people also happen to take great care of their appearance, doesn’t mean every good looking male is flamboyant. Nothing in being metrosexual has anything to do with make-up, though with the right skin tone and facial structure, a tiny bit of “natural” eyeliner actually looks pretty good on some men. Nothing like that emo or scene nonsense. Just enough to bring out one’s eyes. Just because a woman chose a metrosexual over your definition of masculinity doesn’t mean you should hold a grudge against them. =)
And since when did scarves have anything to do with masculinity? I don’t get that at all.

I live in Western Europe (the Netherlands) and no, not every guy wears scarves here…
I could rock a scarf why not I mean if it was bright pink i’d have a problem but black and gray isn’t all that bad.
