Actually there are as Many Hondurans, Nicaraguans, El Salvadorans, Panamanians and even quiet a few Eastern Europeans using the southern border as an illegal entry point.
Yes, but we can hardly expect Honduran security personnel to keep control of the U.S.-Mexico border, can we? Ergo, it’s up to Mexican and U.S. forces, and people wearing the stars and stripes can’t do anything about it until they’re already on U.S. soil. That leaves Mexican border patrol as the only people with the power to prevent the crime from happening.

actually, unless you are from the south with a major accent american english has better pronunciation of the different letters, hence why we actually vocalize all of our ‘R’ sounds

American is not a language. The idea is just confusing – Which America? South, Central, North -which part? The USA is almost completely comprised of immigrants from all over the world and thus has no single tongue, accent or dialect. English changes every day. No language can be claimed to be superior to another-a language can only improve by being spoken more wisely.
Is just as Underfood said, obviously everyone that lives in the American continent is an American, not only the people living in the USA. Also just because Mexico has a border zone with the USA doesnt mean that everyone that tries to trespass is mexican.

No such thing as ‘normal’ american english, as USA is so huge the idiosyncracies of the language fluctuate wildly. The only reason you think american english is easier to understand is because you have been using it and immersed in it. Trust me, to anyone not used to it you still sound weird. But don’t worry, it’s the same for everywhere on earth. Also, there are a multitude of english accents, so stop generalising a subject you have no clue about and get off your high horse.
I’d have to disagree. A neutral British accent comes closest to a correct pronunciation of all the letters, particularly vowels. It often seems as though Midwestern English (or that spoken in some areas of New England) is most correct, but in both cases you’re still dealing with a patently American pronunciation.
Of course, British English is the same way – but it comes much closer than any American dialect to a standardised pronunciation.

In the bottom it says “seguridad privada” which means that it’s only for important people and the “real security” thing it must be some ROYAL bodyguards or something like that. I don’t think that could be in Mexico, it must be Spain or something like that, and btw this is not a fail, maybe for you “gringos” it is because you don’t fully understand the spanish.
