If you drink alcohol moderatly and control yourself its actually perfectly fine. Note I say MODERATLY…..American’s have a stigma about alcohol that it must be drank in very high volumes…..binge drinking, which that’s when it gets unhealthy. ….Which is why legislature has the legal age to drink at 21….which I’m indifferent on because I use alcohol responsibly and it doesn’t bug me.
