.But it’s hard to do it safely 
Texting while driving is NOT safe. Answering a call on speakerphone IS safe, but anytime you have to punch buttons on the phone while driving, you’re risking your life moreso than normal. You look at the phone for two seconds, look up to see the car ahead suddenly stopped, and wham, you’re toast. Manyu places ban cell phone use at all now, tho.; I tend to like to use speakerphone and just keep the phone on my lap while driving, and I never dial calls. I’m not sure if that’s still legal; probably not because I refuse to buy a $50 device that doesn’t work NEway.
I know a million people will point this out, but hopefully I’m the first. Look at the number plate, look at the lack of wheels. This is NOT a fail, and the caption is lame. Is this site run by 14 year olds?
well, sorry for not being good enough for you, you dont see us walking into your driveway and saying ” look at the lack of wheels, who made this, 14 year olds, but thats all you could probably afford with your trailer home which you share with your mother and her many cats o.O

Finally, someone got the meaning of the license plate. ‘Pissed’ in the UK does not mean the same thing as ‘pissed’ in the USA. In the UK it means drunk, in the US it means angry. So, this made up scene is clearly aimed at drunk drivers, not texters. So, FAIL on the caption!
