even though it has been explained this joke is still not very funny. even if the baby is holding a gun. its more an “oh. yeah. thats sorta funny,” kind of joke.
i had a good chuckle, i didnt even notice the gun. but imagined more of a ‘darn baby doesnt wanna stay up, get the duct tape hun,’ conversation.

How much do you weigh? It is hard to tell from your tiny picture but my guess is around six hundred pounds.
If you believe evolution is bunk then you must be one of those god-fearing types. I must point out that He created us in His image therefore God must have a little “Let’s poke it with a stick” mentality and a good helping of “Hey Ma’ watch this” attitude.
If this is true then God uses the scientific approach (Google it). For example, experiments = man, evaluation and improvement = “the flood”. From this you may postulate one of two things, God is a scientist or evolution exists and is the basis of science, considering that man evolves as do thoughts and ideas.
Therefore, if God is a scientist then lab coats trumps the cassock. But, if the latter is true, evolution exists and soon all the baby tapers will disappear from the earth. Either way you can sleep easy knowing that whether you believe in God or Science, mortality exists…and in the end stupid people (like above) will no longer exist

Hey could you have not posted the original images, instead of the down-sized versions?
For those worried about the baby, this photo can be found on awkwardfamilyphotos.com and they explain that the tape is more of a harness (like tape across the chest and the ends taped the window). The child can still freely move all limbs. It is the shadow of the tape and overlap that makes this photo seem worse than it really is.
At the end of the day they still taped a baby to a window.
Alright. What some of you don’t get is that there is glass behind all five. And to get the baby in the photo, they ducktaped him/her to the wall. (I know that I thought that there was no glass and it was floating in middair xD)
No… I’m pretty sure that was just you.
You know, the more I look over this, I don’t think that’s a Baby taped directly to a window… A baby’s little shoulder joints just wouldn’t allow him to be hung there for long at all before it’d start to hurt, and if you look just closely enough, it looks like he might be in one of those harnesses that people carry their their baby around in (the kind that strap to your back or chest), and it’s the HARNESS that’s duct taped to the window.
As evidence, I point out the horizontal shadow above the baby’s left arm (right from the viewer angle). It is directly perpendicular to the sides of the baby’s torso (which are oddly, PERFECTLY parallel (as if shaped by something more rigid than cloth)), and the two projecting shadows near the baby’s hips (that look as if they might be the lower straps of the harness which have been folded back to avoid re-shaping the silhouette.
Does this re-shape the image of the parents or what’s going on here? *shrug* That’s up to you.

anyone who has had to sit with 3 or more young children for a family portrait knows what it’s like to get them all to cooperate.
i’m one of 9 kids and have 5 children myself. this picture had me ROFL because of its creativity and because I know what large family portraits can be like.
