The street in question is Avenue Gustave Eiffel.
But it looks like it is taken from the third level, which has fences you can’t stick your feet through, so those are probably shopped.

I’ve never heard of anyone getting a heart attack by jumping off a building. And besides, after the beginning of the heart attack, you will still have at least four minutes to live. The eiffel tower isn’t that high.
