Tbh she really doesn’t look terrible without make-up. Besides that fact that this picture looks like it was taken on iPhone in the dark I think this may just be an especially poor picture of her. If you good Katy Perry without make-up there are other taken with decent cameras.

Have you even seen the iphone 4 camera? It takes HDR photos like a boss, all that ugly is on her not the phone. Give credit where credit is due.
The iPhone takes “decent” picture in a well lit room, not in pitch dark using the flash on the back.

Uh, no – that’s “crabbing”, “tracking” or “craning” – pan and tilt both involve changing the angle without changing the position of the camera – panning side-to-side, tilting up-and-down. You, sir, fail hard.
