It didn’t, unique bones of the ankle became unique bones of the feet.
if it was a “hip bone” it would be much lower, plus if your hip was so visible, generally you would be able to see slight definition of the ribcage as well. its probably feet next to each other, with a bit of photoshop to smooth out the skin.

Definitely feet. You can see the ankle bone or whatever it’s called from the lighting on the part closer to us. If that wasn’t her feet, then I’d say she has a few defects in her rib cage.
