I think someone trained that Smeargle specifically to make this poster. No Pokemon Trainer in their right mind would train that onto a legit battling pokemon.

Those are actually Jigglypuff’s moves. Smeargle just copied them. Think about that.

You fail at Pokemon. Smeargle learns Sketch every ten levels, Sketch copies the move the opponent just used. You can’t gain 30 levels after beating one pokemon. That’s mathematically impossible to do without an Action Replay.
No one ever said he gained 30 lvls after beating one pokemon. I know what sketch does since it is the only move Smeargle can learn. You fail at understanding what I said.
