I hate to say this to someone who is so against ZADR, but some fan fiction authors have managed to make such a pairing possible and mostly in-character.
Can’t name any stories off the top of my head, but… they do exist. Badly-written ZADRs do make me feel pretty gross, though.

Are you kidding? There is a ton of fanfiction out there for it. Go to fanfiction.net, you’ll find that this is actually one of the LEAST strange shippings for Invader Zim.
I’ll even admit than when I was in seventh grade (a decade ago, scary) the highlight of my day was reading some really bizarre ZAGR or even (gasp) ZADR.

Seems pretty normal. I haven’t bothered looking much into Zim fanfic, but the stuff that has shown up as side-elements to *other* fics seem to have a running theme of Gaz not just hooking up with Zim but ending up *ruling* the Invaders as the ‘Tallest’.
