Um… if you read the book (or see the film) at least three of them couldn’t/wouldn’t have children, and only one (or two, but that’s a spoiler) actually did.
The only thing worse than the watchmen movie was the watchmen comics. I mean really a giant space octopus and a kid reading a comic inside a comic?

Hey Toro, i watched Xmen 1-3 and wolverine as well, and I STILL liked the watchmen. So it is possible to like the action comics and the story comics, is it not?
not dissing the x-men dude, but wolverine was godawful, as curlyB said, what i said was meant as an insult to rath, but he didn’t even get that, so there is no hope for him to ever get close to understand watchmen.

I liked the Watchmen because they didn’t completely wreck it. Still followed the story (mostly), but added enough of a twist those who were familiar with the comic could still watch it. The opening credits were particularly well done.
Prefer the comic, though.
This movie was freaking terrible. The only thing worse than the giant blue penis in Watchmen was the freaking 3 and a half hours it took me to suffer through it.
i loved this movie!! Rorschach was my favorite character.
He was my favorite character too! ^^ I love this movie, it’s amazing… I think the comic was better, but the movie was very good too. The actors were great.
Of course people did not like the movie. They wanted to see a SuperHero movie, where someone wrote out the story added a bunch of CGI effects, and things blowing up.
Just like the parents that took their kid to this movie.
Guess what, it’s not a superhero movie, it’s a movie that just happens to have superheros in it, and this movie might make you think…and I know hows some of the TMZ reading rejects on the interwebs hate to think for themselves.
Let’s see… People in their 20′s, 1940, your grandparents are ~90 years old? (Hey it’s fine, mine are ~85-95.)
