In the episode I got this from “Fighting Flyer With Fire” TR just walk up looking like they do in the picture, talk to the Ash, Misty and Brock disguised as “Pokémon Bureau Officials”, literally just grab Pikachu and run away, and it’s only when the TR balloon appears that they realise who they are. What dumbasses.
And that talking meowth isn’t familiar at all.
