The cops of New York seem too stupid to know friend from foe and insist on beating random people. Possibly… Maybe the cop in this picture got offered a doughnut and free coffee.
The cops in Egypt fail every single time when they try to disperse protesters, so my guess is “It’s not them.”
BUT, my money would be on the Russians. With all the drinking they do, there’s no brain there left to give concussion to.

Maybe he just realizes that enforcing the edicts of sociopaths (As several studies have show politicians to generally be) that by their nature run contrary to both natural and moral law isn’t a noble but a vile profession (Particularly when you claim to protect people from theft by surviving off of stealing from them) and thus he lashes out and mocks them… that’s what I do at least.

First comment I’ve ever made on this site, but yeah, cops can be really bad. What’s worse is that they refuse to even show any mercy to the people. I think you might’ve seen a news report (And sever memes) of a horizontally impaired Police Officer spraying mace/pepperspray into peaceful students’ faces.
Pathetic. He can’t run fast (or long) enough to catch a crook, so he puts on some riot gear and inflicts pain on the people he’s supposed to ‘protect’.
