In a game of dragons, werewolves, vampires, orcs, elves, and people that can shout other people to death… You’re going to complain about the realism of an animated female’s nude features?
If you’re looking for realistic nude features, look up real nude pictures. And if someone is going to mod it so that females are naked, then why would they take the time to make them anything else than their own ideals of sexiness?
Besides, those aren’t unnaturally perky enough like implants…really seems to me that someone feels inadequate about her body and feels the need to lash out at an idealized image. I’m sure next she’ll start hitting museums and complaining because the nude statues have skin that’s too perfect.

Also, anyone who’s played D&D knows that armor class is inversely related to coverage for female characters; the less it covers, the better the AC, and thus the harder she is to hit.
