we each observed their indubitably obvious fail.
fortunately for my analytical nature, you failed at criticizing the fail.

now, a quick recap of results:

punctuation: they did it wrong; i.e., not at all. domineering as a pretentious braggart: you win at failing.
distinguishing punctuation from spelling: you failed.
capitalization: i’m not doing it; suck my weiner.
